In lieu with the latest Ordinance of the National Prime Minister (DPCM dtd March 23rd, 2020), the Companies belonging to GIVA Group were classified within Industries which may carry on with the operation up to 25th March 2020. In respect of the same decree the production of our Plants shall accordingly be put on HOLD starting from 26th March up to 03rd April. The overall HOLD period shall consist in seven working days.
Please consider that all our Sales activities shall be regularly granted through the ‘Smart Working System’ for the entire above mentioned period.
Being GIVA Group vertically integrated, with all supplying chain under control, we have all tools to control the entire production process and the related technologies, preventing delays caused by this extraordinary governmental measure on deliveries and contractual terms.
As a matter of fact, despite the severity of the COVID-19 circumstances, all the companies within the GIVA Group intend to make every effort to minimise the impact of the possible delays. We will maintain a strong commitment in providing a high quality service towards Customers and Partners while safeguarding the well- being of our staff through the respect of all recommendations suggested by the Italian Government.
